l  请问如何参加活动？是否需要提前把作品送去审核？

 不用，这是一个自由交流的平台。三个月后专家挑作品做线下展览。

Non. Notre but de faire ce projet, c’est offrir à tout les artistes un espace d’échange artistique libre et sans aucune condition imposée. Par contre, nous aurons une commission de juges qui vont sélectionner les meilleures oeuvres pour organiser une exposition finale avec certains diffusions médiatiques.

No. Our goal of making this project is to provide all artists a space for free artistic exchange and without any condition imposed. On the other side, we have a panel of judges who will select the best works to organize a final exhibition with some media diffusions.

l  第三项不需预约,可以用多久?()

2, selon la lettre d’appel, l’activité de l’Art performance( le 3 dans notre lettre d’appel ) n’a pas besoin de reservation mais est-ce qu’il y aura une limite de temps pour chacun? Combien de jours je pourrais utiliser cet atelier de erformance?

 驻留计划和自助项目不是一回事,驻留计划是每年年底申请的.请上网站浏览.

Ce projet est un projet d’auto-exposition ou d’exposition en libre-service. Ce n’est pas la même projet de notre programme de résidence. Pour demander l’admission du projet de résidence, vous auriez besoin de soumettre un dossier de candidature à la fin d’année, de l’octobre au décembre. 

This project is a self-exhibition or exhibition self-service project. This is not the same project of our residence program. For the admission of the residence project, you would need to submit an application at the end of the year, from October to December.

现在的自助式几项是没有要求的.主要鼓励新艺术,欢迎艺术家来做作品.所以我暂时不看作品.我们艺术馆对每一位艺术家开放,请带作品直接过来交流或办展览.这三个月就是玩,我们希望看到好的作品.所有参加的作品我们会做记录.三个月后统一评审,优秀作品统一办展览,做推广.

Notre projet est admissible sans aucune conditon et là, dans le but d’encourager les nouveaux arts. Tous les artistes et arts seraient alors bienvenu(e)s. Vous pouvez venir directement en apportant vos oeuvres. Nous esperons de trouer des nouveux, nouvelles talents, de découvrir des nouvelles tendances artistiques. Toutes les oeuvres exposées seront photographiées et documentées. Un concours serait lancé dans trois mois dans lequel une commission de juges vont sélectionner les meilleures oeuvres afin d’organiser une expostion avec certains diffusions médiatiques.

Our project is admissible without conditon in order to encourage new arts. All artists and all arts would be welcome. You can come directly with your artworks. We hope to discover the news talents, and the news artistics trends. All exhibiteds artworks will be photographed and documented. A competition will be launched after three months in which a panel of judges will select the bests artworks to organize a final exhibition with some medias diffusions.

Ça dépends de votre intérêt. Nous accepterons les deux. En plus, une conférence sur votre création artistique ou une séance de l’art performance serait également très bienvenue.

It depends on your interest. We accept both. And, a conference about your artistic creation or a live performance art would also be very welcome.

l   活动的时间?

我们只提供展示和表演的场地,其它都是你自理,水电费200元,请在布展前结清.

Nous vous offriront gratuitement les espaces d’exposition. Par contre, vous devez payer vous-même tous les frais en général. Notez que nous demanderons un frais de 200 yuan pour l’éléctricité ainsi que de l’eau, et vous devez payer ce 200 yuan avant le vernissage ou le commencement de votre exposition.

We will offer you free exhibition spaces. But, you must pay yourself all costs in general. Note that we ask a fee of 200 yuan for electricity and water, and you must pay the 200 yuan before the opening of your exhibition.

馆里有招待所,数量有限,70元一天.工作餐一人一餐10元,请提前约,我们也可以帮助推荐附近的酒店,费用自理

Nous avons une petite auberge à l’intérieur de village du musée de l’art contemporain, places limitées, 70 yuan pour une personne. Nous pourrons vous offrir un repas simples avec un petit frais de 10 yuan/une personne et vous devez reserver avant. Il y a aussi des hotêls et des restaurants qui sont pas loin de notre village et vous devez payer vous-même si vous les utilisez.

We have a small inn in the village museum of contemporary art, limiteds places, 70 yuan for one person. We can offer you a simple meal with a small fee of 10 yuan / person, and you must book before. There are also some hotels and restaurants not far from our village and you have to pay.

实施内容：从五月一日开始，自助式艺术项目为期三个月。内容包括：

The program will start from May 1st and last for 3months. The program includes:

         1，自助艺术展览：提供300平方米的展厅，展览不间断，每人可申请三天，包括布展不超过五天，场租费用全免，其它自理。要求：不违法，不破坏环境及公物。请提前约排期，直到排满为止；

Art exhibition: We offer a 300-square-meter exhibition hall with consecutive exhibitions. Each artist can apply for it to hold a three-day exhibition (within 5 days including the preparation time). We won’t charge you for any rent fee, but you need to prepare the exhibition and clean the hall on your own. Please remember to make an appointment in advance since it is available a first-come-first-served basis. Please don’t do illegal things or damage the environment.

         2，自助艺术交流：提供自由交流的时间段和多媒体艺术交流空间，每周六，日下午两点开放，每人最好不超过半小时时长。两小时展示作品，两小时外自由交流；

Act exchange: Our multi-media space will open every weekend from 2pm to 6pm including two hours show time and two hours exchange time. If you want to show your work here, you are supposed to finish you show in 30 minutes.

         3，自助艺术表演：提供一个70平方米工作室，你可以在那里创作绘画，装置，行为，诗，歌，舞，所有一切你想做的事。我们全程录相,24小时对外开放;

Art performance: We will offer a 70-square-meter office for you where you can paint, set up devices, do action art, sing, dance and do whatever you want. Everything happened in the office will be recorded. And your office will be opened to the public for 24 hours.

         4，自助公共空间：艺术馆的公共空间，你可以深思，可以冥想，可以暴走，你来了，我们就尊重你的艺术。要求：不违法，不伤人，不破坏财物；

Public space: Please feel free to muse or walk in the public space as long as you don’t break the law or damage the hall. Every artist and every artwork will be respected.

         5，自助音乐会，电影院：更加开放的公共空间是以上苑艺术馆为中心，由政府出资建设的文化创意广场，你的乐队，个唱，电影，影像都可以在这里实现；

Concert, cinema: If you have a band, want to sing a song or want to show a movie, you can find more space in the culture creative squared near our museum.

         6，更大的自助舞台：如果你想大喊，艺术馆后面是美丽的燕山。不需预约。带上自己，直接前往。

Other space: You can yell out everything to Mountain Yan behind our museum without reservation

         7，您的作品，只要够屌，上苑艺术馆会在艺术馆官方网站不间断的发布，向全球各艺术机构推广。自助网络投票选出优秀作品，向二十家以上网络媒体发布并举办线下展览。

Our museum will make public of the excellent artworks by our official website and promote your work to art institutions worldwide. We will run a poll to select the most popular works, send them to more than 20 online media and hold more offline exhibitions.
