組織艺术活动：
2003年8月8日~至今，大型、长时间的社區互動艺术：1、上苑艺术基地（桥梓艺术公社）社区创建行为；2、組織國際藝術駐留。
2010年4月8号，程小蓓的摄影展 美国威斯康辛大学河瀑分校
2013年建立印度果阿VICE~VERSA INTERNATIONAL ARTIST-IN RESIDENCY PROGRAM 駐留藝術家交換計劃。
2018年组织海南保亭大地艺术项目，作品及項目被『海南日報』報道；
2021年德國哥廷根駐留創作10個月，所有作品57張被歐洲各國收藏家收藏。
2022年創立上苑藝術館－黃山市創作基地，每月可接收10名藝術家駐留。
2024年建立上苑藝術館&台灣寶藏巖駐留藝術家交換計劃；
2026年聯合建立上苑藝術館－景德鎮創作基地，每月可接收10名藝術家駐留。
Organize art activities:
From August 8, 2003 to present, large-scale and long-term community interactive art: 1. Community creation behavior of Shangyuan Art Base (Qiaozi Art Commune); 2. Organize international art residency.
On April 8, 2010, a photography exhibition by Cheng Xiaobei was held at the University of Wisconsin River Falls in the United States
In 2013, the VICE~VERSA INTERNATIONAL ARTIST-IN Residency Program was established in Goa, India.
In 2018, organized the Hainan Baoting Dadi Art Project, and the works and projects were reported by the Hainan Daily;
In 2021, I stayed in G ö ttingen, Germany for 10 months to create, and all 57 of my works were collected by collectors from various European countries.
In 2022, Shangyuan Art Museum - Huangshan Creative Base will be established, which can receive 10 artists to stay every month.
Establish Shangyuan Art Museum and Taiwan Treasure Rock Artist Exchange Program in 2024;
In 2026, the Shangyuan Art Museum Jingdezhen Creation Base will be jointly established, which can receive 10 artists per month for residency.
