2023国际创作计划开幕展于5月20日下午三点正式举行，社会各界艺术家及爱好者300多人云集上苑艺术馆。他们参与了多项互动——“书写诗歌”、身体艺术、舞蹈、行为艺术……。为三年疫情后的一次艺术的释放。此次艺术展正如博伊斯在上世纪提出的“人人都是艺术家”，创造力并不是艺术家的专利，艺术不只是艺术家的作品，一切人的生命力、创造力、想象力皆是艺术。
The opening exhibition of the 2023 International Creative Plan was officially held at 3 pm on May 20th, with over 300 artists and enthusiasts from all walks of life gathering at the Shangyuan Art Museum.
They participated in many interactions - "writing poetry", body art, dance, performance art. For a release of art after three years of the pandemic.
This art exhibition, as Boyce proposed in the last century, "Everyone is an artist". Creativity is not an artist’s patent, art is not just an artist’s work, and everyone’s vitality, creativity, and imagination are all art.
